2. Nature of this website
This website is a static publication on the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS). It uses no cookies, analytics or tracking services, externally hosted fonts, forms or embedded third-party content. All HTML, CSS, JSON and image files required for display are stored within the published website directory.
3. Access through IPFS nodes and HTTP gateways
IPFS content can be retrieved directly through an IPFS-capable client or through an HTTP gateway. When a gateway is used, its operator processes technically necessary connection data, in particular the IP address of the requesting device, the time and destination of the request, the requested CID, and browser and protocol data. The scope, retention period and legal basis of such processing are determined by the respective gateway operator. I have no direct control over that processing.
When content is retrieved directly through the public IPFS network, network and peer information may technically be exchanged between participating nodes. Public IPFS is not an anonymous or private storage system.
4. Processing by this website
The website itself does not send me visitor statistics when it is merely viewed and does not create user profiles. To the extent that my own IPFS nodes temporarily process technically necessary operational data, this is done to provide, stabilise and secure the service on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. No analysis for advertising or profiling purposes takes place.
5. External links
The website contains ordinary, non-embedded links, including links to Rarible, public IPFS gateways and my websites tenckhoff.de and tenckhoff.net. A connection to the respective provider is established only when such a link is clicked. The respective provider is responsible for data processing there.
6. Contact
If you contact me by email or telephone, I process the information you provide in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and, for pre-contractual or contractual matters, additionally Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been conclusively dealt with and no statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
7. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
